11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah (as the state of the issuing lender, WebBank, for most loans), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that is not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration as provided in your individual loan agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
